10 inch Pincushion English Wooden Doll

How fun is she!?

This is Kitty Pincushion . She is dressed in cobalt blue with ribbon and lace details. She has dark auburn hair made of flax, pulled back in a simple low ponytail tied with a silk taffeta blue ribbon. She is hand carved and hand painted. 

What makes her unique is that her bottom half is made to be a functional pincushion! She is attatched to a styrofoam cone with a wooden dowel that is securely glued to her and the cone. The cone is wrapped with quilting batting and securely glued down to a hand stained wooden stand. (No need to buy a doll stand! She comes with her own!) 

Her gown has been both machine stiched and hand stitched. She is sewn into her dress, but I have added an additional accessory! She has a removeable skirt that can be added for an extra fancy occasion! I simply tie the string around her then hide the tie to one side of a skirt. It is just a fun option to use if you like!
